Return Policy


In order to receive a store credit the item that is being exchanged for a credit must be unworn and unwashed. Boutique 1 Eleven will not accept items that have been damaged, worn, soiled or without the proper tags. Items must also be stain and fragrance free.

We reserve the right to deny the exchange on any/all items that do not meet the requirements listed above. Merchandise must be suitable for resale!  Merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned for store credit. The customer is responsible for shipping fees to send an item back to Boutique 1 Eleven, Shipping Fees are non-refundable

Claims of damaged items or packaging errors should be reported within 24 hours. Boutique 1 Eleven team highly inspects all merchandise before packaging but in the event that your item is damaged or there is an error in packaging ,please notify our team via email within 24 hours of delivery date! 

When returning an item please include your original packaging slip, if you've misplaced it please submit a legible note with your full name and order number. A store credit will be issued via email. Please allow up to 10 days for process completion. Local Pickup is not available, all orders will be shipped via USPS.

When will I receive my order?

All orders are processed, verified and shipped within 7 business days via USPS. During holiday sales please note that shipping may take up to 10 business days.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped we will send you a confirmation email that will include your tracking number, this will allow you to follow the progress of your shipment. Boutique 1 Eleven is not liable for lost or unclaimed packages nor packages with incorrect addresses, please verify your demographic information before submitting your order.
